I’m Tino. I’m a mortgage financing expert and broker. I’m also a soccer dad, self-proclaimed foodie and amateur musician.
My entire career (and adult life), I’ve worked in finance – from branch manager to credit auditor,
I’ve learned the ins and outs of our financial systems. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve used this
combination of experience and expertise to help thousands of clients and friends get the
mortgage deal that’s right for them.
I work in residential and commercial, with first time buyers to seasoned real estate investors,
existing clients looking to renew or clients looking to refinance. I work with everyone
individually, to find out your specific needs and goals – and then build a mortgage plan that’s
right for you.
I have relationships with many different lenders, and over the years have earned their respect and
recognition. I’ve been awarded top mortgage broker nationally with Mortgage Intelligence for
the past 7 years in a row.
I believe we’re in this together – we both win when you get the best deal. I’ll walk you through
the process, help avoid the pitfalls and introduce different options. Your real estate investment is
probably the most significant investment you’ll have (both personally and from a financial
perspective) and I’m committed to giving it (and you) the attention it deserves. And my help
doesn’t end when you close the deal – I manage and monitor your mortgage for as long as you
have it – and provide my best advice as the market changes.
